YouTube Shorts Editor Needed (10-Video Test)

I’m looking for a short-form video editor to create YouTube Shorts from long-form videos or streams.

Test task (paid):
- Create 10 YouTube Shorts
- Length: 15–45 seconds
- Format: 9:16 vertical
- Includes captions, clean cuts, light zooms/emphasis
- 1 revision included per short
- Budget: $100 total ($10 per short)

I will provide:
- A public YouTube video link
- Example style references
- Clear instructions

Requirements:
- Strong hook in the first 1–2 seconds
- Accurate captions
- Fast turnaround (24–48 hours preferred)
- Experience with Shorts / Reels / TikToks
- No client communication required (internal editing work only)

Ongoing work:
If the test goes well, this turns into 20 shorts per month per client.
Rate remains $10 per short.
Consistent weekly batches.
