Webinar Video Editing with Logo, Trimming, and Q&A Section

I have a 1-hour webinar video that needs editing with the below tasks. Out of the whole video it is only around 5-10 minutes of video that requires edits not an hour.

Intro and Footer:

Add a logo intro to the start of the video.
Include a footer throughout the video with logos and a contact email.

Content Clean-up:

Go through the video and remove any "ums" and "ahs" that disrupt the flow.
Trim the beginning and end to eliminate any unnecessary content.

Technical Fixes:

There is a part where one presenter mentions not being able to see their screen—this audio and video needs to be removed, and the sections stitched back seamlessly.
Towards the end, there's a technical incident. I'll provide a 3-minute replacement video (screen recording of a PPT slide deck) to insert in place of the 3 minutes to be deleted.

Additional Edits:

If there are any noticeable breaks in the flow, please remove those small sections.
Around 5 minutes in, insert a screen with the following message: "This is a recording of the Webinar on 18/09/2024. Please direct any questions to [insert contact details]."

Q&A Breakout:

Extract the last 10 minutes of the Q&A session and create it as a separate video file.
Add an intro with a logo and text such as "Q&A with [Name/Company], [details of the people and their photos]."
At the end, include my contact details and logo.

Overall, this should be a straightforward editing job. Note that the video size needs to be <4GB.
