Waving flag .gif

I am looking for a animator to make me a small gif of a waving flag. i already have the .ai file for the very simple flag. It just needs animating.

See image of the flag below - accept it won't be in the circle. Need this to be done by Sunday night. Or today if possible!

There is also a small and very illustration of a cat that we would like doing too - perhaps it can be rolled into one...
