Videographer for networking event (+ a few photos!)

Hi,
I'm looking for someone to film talks at a networking party I'm hosting on the 20th July 2016 in Cannon Street. 18:30 - 20:30.
this is one event in a series of bi-monthly events we host where we invite FTSE leaders to come & share their opinions on the future of HR as well as career advice. The videos get sent out to clients, members and go onto our youtube channel.
Our regular 'cameraman' has let us down and we're looking for someone to replace him!
Typically he'll take some photos as people arrive & network, then record the talks (2x 10 mins each) Q&A and then record some members being interviewed.
Ocassionally he has made some promo clips but essentially it's just the raw footage we're looking for!
If you are free or can recommend anyone please let me know!
