Video production for small training company

I run small training company in London , Victoria and I am looking for someone to record, edit short promotional video about our company, our course with short testimonials .
The day of shooting should be 27th of June as this is the day when we have a training and I would like some shots from the training itself for the video....
I haven't got budget for this in mind, ( I had put some number on the job post though) however as I am a small business I am looking for a good value, but not compromising on the quality....
