Video Introduction and Lower Third

Hi,

I am looking for a 5 or 6 second video introduction (for YouTube etc) based around my logo and also a lower third animation for my name and job title.

For the logo animation I would be looking for something like the introduction to this video:-

For the lower third I would need something which has my name an job title on, ideally matching the style of the intro and the website.

I'd like to match the colours of our website and also the shapes and styles used on our business cards and banner stands - I will provide PDFs of these for a reference.

In total I will need:-

5-6 second intro video
1 x lower third with name and job title
1 x lower third with facebook and instagram details
