Video for block launch

I work for Folio London, a Build To Rent company with a huge portfolio of developments. i'd like to create a video for the launch of a block in one of our new developments (Oaklands Rise), called Waldegrave Point. This new block is available from January but we need to also drum up some interest before Jan.

I’d like to get a video created out of our showhome’s virtual tour if that’s something you can do, so it’s more of a fly through and you don't have to navigate through manually.

However it would be good to also get some text to advertise USPs and some brief info within the video.
There would need to be 2 versions of the video:
1 to drum up interest pre Christmas (I,e: Coming soon, available from January) and 1 to announce the opening of this new block (i.e: Welcome to Waldegrave Point, book your viewing now etc)

They will essentially be the same video, just slightly tweaked messaging.

It would be good to know if this is possible, what you'd need from me, a quote and would love to start using the first video at the beginning of next week if you could let me know timescales.
