Video Editor Wanted (Long-Term Collaboration)

I'm looking for a video editor to work with me on a long-term basis for my content channels. My content focuses on lifestyle, vlogs, student life, career journey, travel, and daily experiences, with a primary audience of women.

I want the videos to feel inspired by creators such as:
Mai Pham — clean, aesthetic, soft lifestyle storytelling with engaging but minimal editing
Alix Earle — fast-paced, engaging, personality-driven short-form content

Editing Style I'm Looking For
Minimalistic but engaging edits
Smooth pacing and storytelling flow
Aesthetic cuts (not over-edited or flashy)
Clean captions and text when needed
Light transitions only when they add value
Subtle background music to enhance mood
Basic color correction for a consistent look
Strong understanding of lifestyle/vlog storytelling
Content Volume

Approximate monthly workload:

Up to 6 YouTube videos per month
Up to 3 Instagram Reels per week
Up to 5 TikToks per week

Short-form content will often be repurposed from long-form videos.

Budget

I am looking for a flat monthly rate as I want a long-term collaboration with a consistent editor who can grow with the channel.

My current budget is up to €100/month, with potential to increase as the channel grows.
