Video Editor Wanted - For 3-4 YouTube videos per month

I'm looking for someone to edit our Youtube videos **** 3-4 Per Month ****

I need someone that is happy to work with shared folders in Dropbox or Google Drive.

I'll provide the raw clips for each video, I also number the clips in order and we have a set of branded transitions, lower thirds etc to use for the videos but open to additional transitions / ideas.

I need someone to add a new set of sounds and background music that is distinctive and memorable I have an envato elements account where you can find the music / B-roll for me to download.

I need someone to edit the videos together 3-4 per month (1 a week) mostly under 10mins with some going a little over and ideally some clips for use on social media in portrait for reels / shorts.

I need you to source the B-roll for the videos (I have a mentioned above I have a Envato Elements account where I can download any B-roll you want to use for the videos from there or open to wherever you source from)

Ideally start soon, will want someone that has experience with Youtube videos.

Things that would be good and ideally you would also

- Able to provide the srt file for captions of each video
- Happy to upload the video to Youtube with caption I can provide and add the relevant timestamps in the comments
- Happy to set up YouTube shorts from the longer form videos
- Create thumbnails for the videos that are more engaging and click worthy than my current ones
