Role: Contract-based (per episode or weekly retainer)

Responsibilities

Edit long-form podcast episodes (YouTube + audio)

Produce 8–12 short-form clips per episode (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts)

Add captions, B-roll, sound effects, motion graphics

Create templates for consistent branding

Apply viral editing pacing and hook optimization

Deliver final assets on a weekly schedule

Requirements

Strong portfolio with viral short-form examples

Knowledge of modern editing styles (Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Codie Sanchez style)

Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut

Can identify viral moments and attention hooks

Success Metrics

Engagement and view counts on short-form

Turnaround speed

Content consistency across platforms
