Video Editor require to edit a promo video into 120 seconds long

I am looking for a video editor to take a small collection of videos we have made using a GoPro camera and brought stock footage and turn it into a fast paced promotion trailer between 60-120seconds long.

Videos will be provided and you can use your professional freedom to help get this idea created.

This is for a small social club and will not be used professionally but I would like to make it look as professional as possible.

Colour Correction, video stabilisation, sound removal and colour grading will be required.

The price may be a little low but this is for a non profit project.
