Video Editor needed for social ads

Experienced video editor needed to craft compelling 15–30s social ad creatives from existing influencer footage. Must know Meta ad formats, understand engaging hooks, music selection, CTAs, and analyze performance to refine assets. Project: produce at least 10 distinct videos monthly from current library (≈20 clips across 10 ads). Short unpaid sample required to demonstrate editing quality and strategic approach.
