Video Editor needed for ongoing Vlogs

I will be doing regular vlogs after the first one (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tcy7QgYTXFA&t=62s) had a positive response from our user base.

I will also be doing vlogs less regularly on motor racing which will be less often but longer in length.

Guessing 3-4 videos per month to start with.

Basic editing only but an EXCELLENT EYE FOR DETAIL IS ESSENTIAL so that there is no constant back-and-forth to get the videos just right.

The vlogs need to flow and be really watchable (using video/photo/audio snippets where necessary) to spice them up as well as occasional on screen captions.

I need someone who is RELIABLE and works FAST with no obvious mistakes :-)

First vlog to edit is a more complex one (approx 30 or 40 clips to splice together).

I'm looking for someone to work with LONG TERM who is reliable and consistent.
