Video Editor Needed

I need a video editor for a podcast I put out 3-5 times a week. The edit is moderately simple but the work is regular, so it probably suits an "up and coming" video editor rather than an experienced/expensive one. Typically the edit involves:

* Scaling and cropping the host and guest
* adding text underneath when a question is asked
* Removing anything which shouldn't be in a final episode e.g. dog barks, bad internet, door bell etc.
* Removing any jarring audio (pops, ticks, big breath inhales, coughs)
* Adding an additional video at the end (provided) and exporting to H264 and uploading to drive for me to upload

The budget is a placeholder, Ideally I would like your set fee to for the above tasks for each episode - they typically last anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. You can view my episodes here:

You will need to be able to write the questions that I ask, which means you need some English skills, but I don't mind where you are based.

I will probably accept a few freelancers and give you one episode to edit as a test to see if we are a good fit.
