Video Editor For Youtube (Long Form)

I am looking for someone to edit my real estate videos. The first one will be 12-15minutes in length.

The video will need to be engaging wtih riser audio at the intro, transition audio, lots of b-roll (I will provide some but you will need to add new ones). I will also send you the script for easier editing.

This video will also require adding map graphics of the streets as I am talking about them. I would provide a loom video wtih specific instructions on the map to help you.
