Video editor for training videos (preferably using iMovie)

For Positive Experiments (www.positiveexperiments.com) we need someone who can edit our training video materials in iMovie. Videos are typically 3-6 minutes. Examples of videos can be found: www.positiveexperiments.com and https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGFJ2KawPP-ywyCX6nsBJ4Q.

The video editor receives all the recorded video material and the script through Dropbox. He or she then selects the best clips, enhances colours, make sound adjustment and introduces zoom in/out and adds the standard intro/outro. For the selection of the best clip, you detect any major speaking mistakes (e.g. incorrect grammar; slip of the tongue), suitable body language and whether it has a good flow (inspiring to listen to).

We usually record 10 videos every month or every two months. Prefer iMovie editing so we could potentially make future customer changes in-house quickly if needed - alternative ideas also welcome. Affinity with behavioural science and positive psychology would be a bonus since the training videos are in these fields.
