Video Editor for Short Social Media Videos

I'm looking for a video editor to help with editing short videos. The videos will be used as product listing videos and social media ads. I've attached a low-res sample but the video content is all about wrist watches and watch straps.

I will provide you with 4K 16x9 footage (mp4) that needs to be edited and exported in all 3 main aspect ratios - 16x9, 9x16 and 1x1.

The target audience is men between 25 and 65, so any copyright-free music used should suit that demographic.
