Video editor (and animator) needed!

I need a video editor for a lot of ongoing projects!

I need a video editor who can look through videos of online sessions/courses and take relevant 2-3 minute clips for testimonials and social content.

Ideally, if you can do animation as well so the words they say appear on the screen and not just their faces (not everyone wants to show their faces).

I also have some videos I want doing in a fun youtube style such as https://youtu.be/kFnabyLUUQc (the things that pop up etc). It will require watching the videos and putting best bits together. So need someone who is switched on and prepared to watch a bit of the content and piecing together/editing best bits.
