Video editor and animator

We are putting together a tutorial for our online software. We are looking for an expert in video editing with abilities to capture audience attention to various points within the video.. Person needs to be able to emphasize attention to certain points as described by our voice-over narrator.. We will provide you the screen capture video and VO, and you will need to bring the fill-ins, - including the introduction to the video.
