Video Editing of Cooking Videos

I send a pre cut cooking video of 5-10 mins via WeTransfer.

1.Create a cooking video from the 5-10 min clip that shows the actual process of the cooking of a food. The final video will be 2-5 minutes long. For now no voice, or subtitles. I must be able to add them later as they will be in English and in Spanish. Final video of the highest quality depending on the clip.
2. Creating a Vertical 15-50 sec vertical video of the same clip. Will not have voice, but should be an understandable clip, I will not add voice or subtitles, must have a video cover, with title, Spanish and English, usable in social media, these should be exciting & enticing,


I am looking for a long time editor, 2-3 videos per week.. But will start with one to try the process.
