Video editing of a set of short scuba dive clips into 2 x two minute videos

1. I have just completed one week of diving in the Maldives (very nice) and have reduced the huge volume of footage to 42 clips of between 6s and 1m minute.
2. Examples: Here are two YouTube links to my last Maldives diving holiday videos. This is what I want but better. I edited these two myself and you can see captions are not right and the overall quality isn’t as good it could / should be.

3. I DO NOT want a rushed cut and paste. I could do that myself. I want two well built, thought out, beautifully edited videos.
4. I’m a professional project manager in digital and video. That means I really won’t accept poor work and am quite prepared to do multiple iterations to get it right. However, the upside though is that I’ll be able to give you a clear brief, good feedback, accurate information and I’ll respond quickly.
