Video Editing For Youtube - UK/Europe Editor

I am looking for a video editor to help me edit a number of backlog videos for my travel Youtube channel.

I usually edit my own videos, but I am so behind with a big amount of videos that I want to publish. I have a series of short clips from my travels (like 180-200 for each city) and I need to put them together nicely for a 3-5min video. I like the outcome to be quick and informative. The work should not take more than four hours hence the limited budget of £60.

I am basically looking for ahead start and then I can finish the video myself on Premier Pro. I also have a subscription with Epidemic Sound for the music.
