Video editing event recordings

I need a series of event video recordings edited.

1. Some sessions are in just 1 video but some are sessions have parts across 2 or 3 videos and I need them put in sequence, so each session has one video with just the recordings of that session in.
2. It's about 20 sessions I need completing.
3. You will need to have google drive, so I can share the original source videos.
4. You will need to have a Vimeo account so we can invite you to join our account and upload the recordings to our Vimeo account.
5. The job needs to be completed within 1-2 weeks
6. The person must speak english well

Best rate per hour is needed.
