Video editing and creating an audio file for vodcast and podcast

I need a video editor to edit some prexisting footage which was shot on crowdcast.io, there are two main segments an intor and webinar content, the webinar content needs to be chopped down into further sub segments. THe video has a prexisting video sting at the beginning and end of the footage which should be kept.

Main deliverable need to be a seperate video file, and audio file verion only.
