Video editing

Just want someone to quickly edit a 54 Second video. As a matter of fact, there is no real editing involved. The top half of the video is okay, but unfortunately the bottom half of the video captured a plain surface, (table top) which isn't part of the video. All I want is someone to cut out that bottom half of the video, so that the video is neater or more presentable. It's a tiny l;ittle job, so those who want to send in a big quote shouldn't bother. If you know what you're doing, this job shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to complete. Video length in total is just 54 seconds. Thanks.
