Video editing

I have a number of videos shot by mobile phone lasting between 1-2 minutes. If put them together, the video will between 20-25 mins or less. 1) I want you to just merge them together but also to edit them to look much better where possible 2) I have two songs that I would like to include either in instrumentals or sound if the video is playing or pictures . 3). To upload them on google drive and in a format that I can copy the video on DVD. Pls send me the quote. Thank you
