Video editing

My sister recently got married and, at the wedding, she attached a GoPro to a bottle of Jagermeister (!) and we have 37 videos of guests taking a shot and giving a 'congratulations' message. We'd like these edited together as one video and then some music placed over the top (except when people are talking). Perhaps with an opening screen and a closing one, just containing text.

These are large MP4 files so I can't upload a sample but will get them across to you via Dropbox or the like.
