Video editing

I run a small business in SE London.
One thing that we do is training videos.
I am spending too much time editing the videos, and need to focus more on producing new material.
I am looking for someone to do the editing for me.
It is fairly basic editing work, chopping out bad bits mostly. It would suit someone who has recently trained, I am not looking for a top level professional. But I am quite fussy that it is right!
I would need to meet the person in SE London to get started, and possibly once or twice more.
The work would be a few hours each week.
It may continue for several months, depending on how it goes.
