Video Animation Production

Hi, we are creative agency – some of our clients are looking for video animation/explainers.

We are looking for a team or individual who is doing super videos. We have one project almost ready to launch and a couple more in the queue.

We have been working with one provider but he failed to deliver the quality of service we expect from video animator. If I would describe a perfect person to work with:

- Don´t be a `yes` man – I would want you to challenge my and my client's ideas, hey you are the king and artist here, you know the craft so give me your suggestions ideas, etc and don’t `yes` to everything.

- Someone decent at project management – well you know I want to know what is happening with my project, what concept you have behind video, style, theme, what are the timelines for this specific moment, etc.

- Accept and understand feedback and if don’t understand he ask for more clarity. Do not avoid but takes responsibility.

- Conscientious – don’t do a lazy job In the hope I'll like it. Just to his best you know? We literally love, adore, and embrace such a people.

- Someone aware of his skills. Know what he/she can and cannot do.
