VFX compositing of a still and a video

We're looking to create a 20 second video using a still image of a window and moving image of the ocean. We need the camera to move through the open window to reveal the full screen of ocean. Effectively this means just compositing the two together and adapting lighting etc to match. We are doing visual research to source the images but would good to know if you can work with a still image of the window or this needs to be a moving image as well, or if you have an idea of the best way/format to source these two sections.

Attaching a reference here for the final visual - but we would need it moving of course.
