Very light video editing

Hello,

I would like a video to be trimmed as follows (you can download the video at http://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action#t-22082):

KEEP: from 0:00 to 7:07 until he finishes saying "it just doesn't feel right"
DELETE from 7:07 when he says "why do we use that verb?" until 7:30 when he says "and not language"
KEEP from 7:30 when he says "But if you don't know why you do what you do" until 8:10 when he says "blood and sweat and tears"
DELETE from 8:10 when he says "And nowhere else..." until the end.

*Important*:
--Please send back file in both MP4 and MOV formats
--Please make sure the image doesn't get cropped. This can happen with iMovie with the wrong settings
