URGENT VIDEO EDITING NEEDED! .MP4 clips

I have two videos that I need edited ASAP! Hopefully you can help? I have two MP4 videos. One needs a slide inserted and the initial talky talk deleted. The second is a bit more complicated. The video was done and shows 4 people (we thought it was only 2). It is an interview between 2 people. Ideally we'd like to insert an intro slide, edit the video so only the two people talking are showing, and insert IDS for the interviewer and interviewee ( the ribbon across the bottom with name and title). WE will live if we can't alter the visual to just show the two people. Please send experience and whether you've done this type of work before. Need it done asap -- in an hour or so?? Thanks!
