Turn Powerpoint presentation into a training video

Having moved from in-person training I need my PowerPoint training that I have added my audio to turning into a movie/video I can send to my staff to watch and learn some important information ahead of starting their job.

I want the existing presentation to look better than I have made it as i am no expert on PowerPoint, nice transitions maybe a splash of music. I need help making it more professional.

I would like the final video made so it can't be copied or downloaded and I will password protect it and change the password regularly.
