Talented video editor needed for quick video

I need a video created from stock footage. I have a very detailed storyboard document to follow and I have a sample video to give you an exact idea of what is needed. This should only be a few hours work for a good editor.

The video needs to pretty much follow this exact style in terms of the text and the rewinding backwards ect.

I will provide the music but will need to be told what sound effects you need and I will send you everything.

You will need to create the waving flags animations as seen within the storyboards and the logo at the start. I also needs to zoom in where it states.

The process will be...as follows:

I will need a rough cut by Sunday afternoon UK time. Once I have the rough cut I will get it proofed and will then need a few of the clips replacing with higher quality versions of the same footage as at this moment I need it proofed before I purchase the full quality stock if that makes sense.
