Stop camera shake in After Effects

Hi there,

If you watch the attached 10-second video clip, it feels like the camera has been shaken slightly. I want to keep the same video dimensions but minimize the shaking feeling. And I'd like this to be done in After Effects with an explanation of what settings/actions were applied, so I could repeat it myself.

I'm not looking for any other video editing software solution, not to reduce the video dimensions.
