Social Media Content Editor Needed Reels/TikToks & Photo Editing

I’m looking for a reliable and creative video & photo editor to support me with ongoing client work.
I run a social media & branding business working with a range of clients including beauty, aesthetics, restaurants, fitness/gymnastics, and events/competitions... so the content is varied and consistent.

What I Need:
- Editing short-form videos for:
Instagram Reels
TikToks

- Creating engaging, on-trend edits (hooks, pacing, captions, sounds, etc.)
- Editing professional photos from content shoots (Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom standard)
- Maintaining a clean, polished, brand-appropriate style for each client

How It Works:
- I’ll send all raw content via Google Drive
- I’ll provide a brief or direction for each project (sometimes quite specific, sometimes more creative freedom)
- You’ll edit and return content ready to post

Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media trends (Reels & TikTok)
- Fast turnaround times (this is important)
- Good communication
- Ability to work across different industries and adapt style
- Consistent quality across all edits

The Opportunity:
