Simple video editing

We've just done a campaign where we've entered customers into a prize draw if they spend a certain amount. For a bit of fun, and to prove that the prize draw was genuine (and not just given to our favourite customers, I'm doing a short simple video of the prize draw being done i.e. 3 people each pulling a name out of a hat. I might have a couple of still photos as well. I'm looking for someone to do a small amount of editing to the video footage to create a 30-60 second video with music coming over, including initial photo animation at the start and end of the video. What i want to achieve is a short snappy quick slightly fun video that shows the prize draw being done. it doesn't need to be anything fancy or majorly professional.
