Simple Video edit

I have a 6 minute video, recorded on mobile phone. The video is of a property which I have for sale. However the video is too long, so I need it reduced in time. For example, Id like the time walking from room to rooms, in corridors, to be speed up, as well as a few parts cut out all together.

I will send the full 6-minute video.. and also a video of another property, showing the style I would like. The job is in two part, one part as stated above, with a 2nd part I will send later, showing the garden. Id also like some small text and music added.
