SEO (google) / Improve Website Optimisation

I was hoping you might be able to help me with my website. I currently appear around 60 for peaches for Personal Trainers in Wandsworth (and I also work in the City in London). I have tried in improve my website with tags etc but it is all a bit of a foreign language to me.

So basically, I would like help improving my website to make sure it is properly optimised but also, help in other ways to improve my google appearance.

Is that something you could help with?
