Can you post the video so I can accurately determine the amount of work needed? Audio removal will take seconds, but removing moving objects from a video taken from a moving car could easily take upwards of 10 hours!
Do you know what the frame rate of the video is? 50fps is potentially twice as much work as 25fps!
