Regular Video Editor - Real Estate

I am a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer who provides clients with photos, floorplan and video services. I am looking to outsource the editing component of these services to allow me to do more shooting.

The ideal candidate will be able to take on both the photo and video editing, however I am particularly interested in finding a reliable video editor as this is the area that I need the most assistance in at this time.

In the busy season - between September/October to March/April, you could expect a minimum of 3 video edits per week up to 8-10. 48hr turn around would be expected for video, 24hr for photos.

A video for a standard house would normally take me and hour to edit. Larger homes about 2hrs.

Finished product is no more than 2mins

All AfterEffects, music, any other audio files etc relevant to the client would be supplied as I work to the client branding.
