Regular Video Editor for YouTube Channel

My channel, Beth Roars, looks at different vocalists to analyze their vocals and work out what makes them, them. My goal is to bring free singing tuition to all as well as loads of fun. At the moment I have a reaction video style channel but am transitioning into different types of videos (interviews, tuitions and warm-ups). I am looking for an editor who can help me improve my current style and also manage new different video types. I am looking for someone who can edit 6/7 videos a week. We are also looking at doing a podcast which will also be filmed so will be able to get the audio ready for the podcast. Have a look at my channel and let me know what you think, how many subscribers I have and let me know what you can bring to the table. I am currently working with a director and looking at improving lighting and generally working on the image to make it more professional so we can get Beth Roars to a wider audience.
