Recreate My Instagram Reels as YouTube Shorts

I need someone to take my IG reels...and recreate them as YouTube Shorts. I can provide source video for them (high res on google photots which are uncropped and ungraded most times), and the rest of the information you can see in the IG reel (the editing, music, filter used)

It needs to be done by someone who understands editing, because some of them have ambient sound mixed with the music with very specific cuts in time with the musical beats.

I understand some of them cannot be fully recreated because they are longer than YT short 60secs but that is something we can decide together which part is needed for the YouTube short version.
