Recreate An Existing Video

I would like to re-create the video linked below, using a similar visual format but changing certain elements and the order in which they are shown. We would look to provide a full transcript for the video, so it's just voice-over and the visuals that will need to be created. Please provide a proposal which details you offer and any experience with making these kinds of videos.
