Real Estate Video Editing

Video Editor Needed for 4 Real Estate Videos, 90 to 120 Seconds Each, 48-Hour Turnaround

I am looking for an experienced video editor to edit 4 real estate videos, each around 90 to 120 seconds long.

This is a paid test project. If the work is a good fit, this can turn into consistent weekly editing work for the same type of real estate videos.

All assets will be provided, including:

• Raw video footage
• Music
• Voiceover
• LUT
• Logos and graphics
• Storyboard
• Example video to match
• Notes and brand direction

The project will be managed through Frame.io, where the footage and assets will be uploaded. I will also provide feedback there.

What I Need

Each video should be edited in a clean, polished real estate style with good pacing, smooth transitions, strong music timing, and attention to detail. The final videos should feel professional, high-end, and ready to send to clients or post online.

The voiceover will mention specific features of the home, so the footage needs to match what is being talked about. For example, if the voiceover mentions the kitchen, pool, outdoor living area, exterior, or another feature, the visuals should line up with that section.

The b-roll footage will be provided as longer continuous clips, so I need the editor to choose the smoothest and best-looking sections for each part of the video.

The style should match the example video I provide as closely as possible, including pacing, transitions, logo treatment, Gaussian blur shadow, and overall look.

A LUT will be provided and should get the footage about 90% of the way there, but experience with basic color grading is appreciated. I need someone who is comfortable making light adjustments to exposure, white balance, contrast, and overall consistency so the final videos look clean and polished.

Final Export Requirements

The main delivery should be a high-quality 4K export so the final videos feel premium and professional for clients.

Please export each final video as:

• High-quality MP4 format
• 4K resolution
• H.264 or H.265 codec
• 4K vertical export if the video is vertical, preferably 2160x3840
• 4K horizontal export if the video is horizontal, preferably 3840x2160
• High-quality bitrate suitable for a clean 4K master export
• AAC audio
• Clean, sharp final export ready to send to clients or post online

If needed, I may also request an additional Instagram-optimized version, but the primary deliverable should be the 4K master export.
