Ramadan Greeting Animation for an already designed piece

Hello

I am a Graphic Designer who will be creating an image for a Linkedin post for Ramadan Greeting 2022.

I require it to be moving and I will require another one after that as well. Design can be done by myself and all the editable layers will be given. I just need to get it moving. It should be an mp4 file I think for Linkedin Post.
The video should be less than 10 seconds.
