Quick video cuts for personal learning project

I need some quick edits - cuts already identified by timecodes to a recording I made on my iphone of a ballet class for older adults. This is not for general viewing, but part of a dance science learning project I am doing. So it doesn't need to look like a professional production! If I was any good technically I'd do it myself. The iphone recording is an hour and I need to get it down to 45 mins, which I have sought to do so with the cuts I've identified. It will then need to be uploaded to Youtube set to private.

I'd be grateful for an editor who could help me with this, this week. Thank you
