Premiere Pro: small standard projects help

I am in need of a consultant who can help create different versions of short projects in adobe premiere pro 2020 which use the same basis of project.

So I have different types of standard projects. I have loads of examples of these projects complemented so you can refer to them .

I can give you access to the raw files and B roll resource. I need these done really fast but it is straight forward. Cutting, resizing, adding elements and processing.
