Organizing Existing Footage Logs into a Unified Clip List

I have several recording sessions already done, and for each session I created a rough footage log in separate documents (Word/Google Docs). Each log has file names, approximate timecodes, and short, inconsistent notes about what happens in each clip. The format, level of detail, and naming style are different across all the logs, which makes it hard to find specific clips later when I start editing.
I need someone to take all these existing footage logs and turn them into one unified, consistent clip list that I can use internally during editing. You will receive:
All the current footage log documents (multiple files).
A short note from me explaining the general type of content recorded (e.g., interviews, B‑roll, product shots).
Your work will include:
Reading through every footage log I send.
Extracting each clip entry (file name, timecode, description).
Rewriting the descriptions so they are clear, concise, and follow the same style for every clip.
Ensuring file names and timecodes are formatted consistently across the entire list.
Arranging all clips in a logical order (for example, by session/date, then by timecode).
Delivering the final unified clip list as a single document (Google Doc or Word file).
The final document should have:
One row or line per clip.
Columns or fields for: Session/Date, File Name, Start Timecode, End Timecode (if available), Short Description of Content.
Consistent wording and formatting throughout, so I can quickly scan and locate specific clips.
This unified clip list is only for my own internal reference when editing later. It will not be shown to clients, posted on any website, or used on any external platform.
