Need the sound tidied on a short video

I have a short video taken on an iPhone on an airplane, the video has a lot of airplane background noise making it difficult to hear the person speaking.

I am looking for someone to ‘clean’ the audio to make it easier to hear the person speaking. Ideally, I would want to eliminate all background noise.

Please only reply if you are able to do this.
